What is TSA PreCheck?
TSA PreCheck is a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) program that provides expedited airport security screening for enrolled members, allowing them to keep shoes, belts, and light jackets on, and leave electronics and 3-1-1 liquids in their carry-on bags. Members use dedicated security lanes at over 200 participating U.S. airports and over 90 airlines, which leads to a faster and less stressful travel experience.
How does it work?
1. Application - You apply online to the TSA PreCheck program, which involves an in-person appointment at an enrollment center for fingerprinting and document verification. Did you know that you can get this done at your locate STAPLES store.
2. Known Traveler Number (KTN) - Upon approval, you receive a KTN, which is your unique identifier for the program.
3. Add to Reservations - You add this KTN to your airline reservation
4. Expedited Screening - When you check in for a flight, the "TSA PreCheck" designation appears on your boarding pass, and you can use the dedicated security lane.
DOMESTIC AIRLINE TRAVEL REAL ID REQUIREMENTS FOR U.S. CITIZENS: Beginning May 7, 2025, every air traveler 18 years of age and older must present a REAL ID-compliant driver's license, state-issued enhanced driver's license, or other acceptable form of identification, such as a valid passport or U.S. Military ID, to fly within the United States. Standard driver's licenses will no longer be accepted by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at airport security checkpoints effective May 7, 2025. Individuals who are unable to verify their identity will not be permitted to enter TSA checkpoints at airports and will not be permitted to fly. - Napa Rose will close in April and reopen in fall 2025. Starting in April, Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures will move to the Trillium Room. Hearthstone Lounge has extended hours and offerings.
- Disneyland Seasonal Closures
These attractions and rides usually close seasonally at Disneyland for refurbishments and holiday overlays. The estimated dates on this Disneyland refurbishment schedule are based on past ride closures. We'll always post the specific dates when we receive them under Disneyland ride refurbishments.
- Grizzly River Run: Usually closes early January through February or March for seasonal refurbishment.
- Haunted Mansion: Usually closes mid-August for holiday overlay installation and reopens September; closes early January for holiday overlay removal and reopens mid-January.

Disney H2O Glow After Hours at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon - Splash into magic—and enjoy lower wait times for popular attractions—at this 3-hour nighttime event! Disney H2O Glow After Hours at Typhoon Lagoon takes place on select nights from May 23 to September 13, 2025. Price for this event is $85 (ages 10+) per ticket and $42.50 (Ages 3 - 9) per ticket, plus tax.
JUST Announced 2025 Food and Wine Festival: 🍷 The 2025 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will run from August 28 to November 22, 2025. This 90-day event will feature over 35 Global Marketplaces, themed displays on the "Living with the Land" boat ride, and the Eat to the Beat Concert Series. Guests can also expect family-friendly activities like Remy's Ratatouille Hide 'n' Squeak Scavenger Hunt.
JUST Announced Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party 2025 will be returning. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is a separately ticketed event that celebrates the most wonderful time of the year at Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. This year, you’ll enjoy festive entertainment, overlays on classic rides, a storybook holiday atmosphere, and sweet treats. JUST Announced Disney jollywood Nights will be returning 2025. At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Gertie is already brushing up her Santa hat, and we’re dreaming of the glittering reflection of the Christmas tree on Echo Lake. That’s right, it’s time for guests to start planning for actual tinsel in tinsel town with the 2025 Jollywood Nights dates and a sneak preview of all the glitz and cheer — including new bites, merch, and experiences. The party will run on slect nights from Nov 8 to Dec 22, 2025.
“Zootopia: Better Zoogether!” 🐰🦊 opening on Nov 7, 2025
Guests should hold onto their hats (and their tails, feathers, or ears!) because we want to remind them about the all-new 4D production coming to the Tree of Life Theater on Nov 7, 2025 - "Zootopia: Better Zoogether!" Guests will want to herd the whole family together to join Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde and more for a new story that will make them want to clap their hands. Not only will guests see Judy and Nick at Zootopia: Better Zoogether! but the pair will be greeting at Discovery Island near the Tree the Life at the Zoogether Day Gathering Spot.

- 🚂 The Walt Disney World Railroad will temporarily suspend its full - circle route around the Magic Kingdom at the end of the day on July 6. Starting July 7, the train will run in a limited shuttle mode, traveling only between Main Street and Fantasyland. The complete will return once Villains Land opens. During this shuttle operation, some train benches will be rotated to face backward to accommodate the train's back - and forth movement.
- 🚡Disney's Skyliner will be closed for refurbishment January 25 - 31, 2026. Next year, January 24 - 30, 2027
- 🌐 Spaceship Earth at EPCOT will close on August 25. No reopening date has been announced, but this is for routine maintenance and refurbishment. The ride will reopen later in 2025.
- 🦖DinoLand U.S.A. will permanently close on February 2, 2026. This means the final day to experience DINOSAUR, The Dino Institute Shop, Restaurantosaurus, and Restaurantosaurus Lounge is February 1, 2026.
- This winter, Harambe Market will temporarily close to enable the location to begin serving these fan-favorite items when DinoLand closes. We expect the location to reopen in early 2026.
- 💦Kali River Rapids will be temporarily closed for refurbishment beginning October 6, 2025, and is expected to reopen in December 2025.
- 🚀 Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin at Magic Kingdom will close on August 4 for major upgrades, including a new show scene, new blasters, new targets, and more!
- Star Wars Launch Bay at Disney's Hollywood Studios last day to experience is September 24 to make way for the The Walt Disney Studios. This will be permanently close on September 25, 2025.

- Celebrate with the characters from Wicked by snapping photos with Elphaba and Glinda at the existing vibrant Wicked themed photo op located adjacent to the main entrance.
- An all-new adorable dinosaur from Jurassic World Rebirth, will join Blue the Velociraptor, Juliet the Triceratops and Baby Tango.
- Marking the 50th Golden Anniversary of Jaws the movie, USH is reintroducing its iconic hanging shark, a larger-than-life dimensional sculpture photo op, and paying homage to this Academy Award-winning blockbuster with the debut of meet and greet characters, Captain Quint and Chief Brody.
